CAPITAL NATURE GROUP-1

2. CAPITAL NATURE GROUPS- capital nature group consist the expenses which we do first time and benefit for long time through.

    I.            Capital account- the cash which we invest in our business called capital. We maintain it under capital account.

Ledger creation-

Path- G.O.T. (gateway of tally) -->a/c info (account info) -->ledgers -->single ledger creation.

 

(Note- it is not compulsory to fill “mailing details” and “tax information” in any ledger, it is only for our convenience to remember.)

This group has a subgroup which is as follows-

Reserve & surplus- this group has been reserve of the company. It consist two ledgers such as ‘capital reserve’ and ‘general reserve’.

II.   II. Current assets- all those assets which we convert into cash during financial year are called current assets.

Ex- all our stocks, insurance premiums, deposits and cash in hand etc. are called our current assets.

This group consist following subgroups-

a.   Stock in hand- a businessman has some stock that is called stock in hand.

b.   Deposits- when a businessman is save any amount in any bank called deposits.

c.   Loans & advances- when a businessman takes amount from bank is called loan and give amount to his workers as advance is called advances.

d.   Sundry debtors- when a businessman sold goods on credit basis to a person is called sundry debtor of business.

e.   Cash in hand- a businessman keeps some amount in his hand is called cash in hand.

f.   Bank account-when a businessman keeps an account of company in any bank, it is called bank account.
