SECURITY CONTROL

This option is used by an administrator to a company to define right a work of his various employees.

First of all, (for example) we create a company and we use security control in it as follows:

Path for company creation:- G. O. T. (gateway of tally)--> press Alt + F3(company info)--> create company.

 

Path for security control:- G.O.T. (gateway of tally)--> press Alt + F3(company info)--> security control.

  

After it “security control” box will be open. We select “type of security” option in it. 

After it following “security level” box will be open. In it we go to down and type new security level name (accountant). 

After typing name we enter on it and set its level and power in company (as follows):

After completing it we accept it “yes”. Or we make other security level in our company and accept it also (as follows):

Now we shall enter on security control option from company info box to open a box. In it we select “user and passwords” option.

After it “list of user for company” box will be open. In it we set different password for company for different users.
